Model: GD—DLP/WPZ—□□ (trash grabbing capacity)
Application: Arm type cleaning machine is a trash removing device mainly applied in power station, power plant, water supply and drainage pump station, urban water supply and diversion intakes. The cleaning machine can clear various trash in front of the trash rack or adhering on the trash rack effectively.
Composition: The arm type cleaning machine can be divided into single-beam rake type cleaning machine (model: GD-DLP) and digging rake type rotary cleaning machine (model: GD-WPZ). The cleaning machine is mainly composed of traveling car, work arm, trash removing rake bucket, drive system, hydraulic system, traveling system, automatic control system and steel structure brackets such as rail, etc.
Operating principle: During operation of the cleaning machine, the traveling car runs to the trash removing position, the work arm assembly drives the rake bucket to stretch into the bottom of water intake and closely mesh with trash rack bars to grab the trash and put into the trash collecting bucket directly. The above operation is executed circularly till the trash on the trash rack is cleaned up.
